Do Gallop deliver on Saturday & Sundays?
Yes, we will still deliver orders on Saturday and Sunday.

Sorry, we are unable to schedule a delivery; therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery of your order on a specified date and time.

Check the order status from our website or apps:

- Select Order History (online)
- Click the order number listed
What if I am not at my place when a courier makes a delivery?
Goods can be received by relatives, family, or friends who have been appointed. Please prepare your cash for this online payment method. If no one is available to receive the goods, the courier will attempt to deliver up to 3 times.
Can I make a return or refund if using this online payment method?
Yes, buyers can apply for the return of goods or money.
What is the delivery period using this online payment method?
Online payment shipping follows the estimated regular shipping schedule.
